Our Support Methods
Support via e-mail
Email us your problem description and attach any files needed. You will receive a case number and a response from our technicians as soon as we have investigated the case.
Phone Support
First, please email us a problem description/file, then call 08-59411630 and refer to the case number you received via email.
Remote Support
Download TeamViewer app to your computer, then call us and we can assist you by connecting to your PC. If all our technicians are busy, we will call you back.
To receive remote support, completed training in the modules for which support is requested (GibbsCAM), is required. If basic knowledge is lacking, we may recommend a training.
